Endpoint to get existing and prospective resources for service connector

Describe changes

I implemented a new endpoint /api/v1/service_connectors/full_stack_resources to fetch info about existing(connected) and prospective resources for an existing service connector by ID or for a new one using Connector Info object.

@Cahllagerfeld , this is the joint endpoint to be used to fetch info in the wizard.

Pre-requisites

Please ensure you have done the following:

• I have read the CONTRIBUTING.md document.
• If my change requires a change to docs, I have updated the documentation accordingly.
