If you're using en-us keyboard layout, this means you've totally missed #23353 (comment) because you seem to press what's cmd-[ and cmd-] on that layout, despite explicitly pointed at that you have to press shift.

Overall, you can call cmd-shift-p to open the command panel, input default keymap there and look for pane::ActivatePrevItem.
