Update Blade with acquire fixes, multisampling (#22409)

Fixes #22406

Picks up:
- kvark/blade#234 and
kvark/blade#237 (`OutOfDate` workaround)
- kvark/blade#229 ("metal-rs" to "objc2"
migration)
