v0.0.1 - Nothing bug CROP

After forking from VSE_Transform_Tools, this is the first attempt to remove all things except unrelated to the Crop feature.

Next steps:

• There is now a lot of unused code in operators/utils that needs to be removed
• Rename all symbols that don't require this weird naming conventions that probably come from Blender codebase standards (eg: SEQUENCER_MT_transform_tools_menu)
• Fix inaccurate cropping on images/videos that don't fit the scene 1:1 or when they get scaled
