Before building and launching the container based on this template, create cache directories for renv and pak, as well as RStudio config directory.
$ mkdir ~/.cache/R/renv # renv
$ mkdir ~/.cache/R/pkgcache # pak
$ mkdir ~/.config/rstudio-server # rstudio configs
