Password button can keep password text visible

It is possible to see password text without holding mouse over password button.

Additional info

The show password button change state on click and not on mouse press, so user can click the button and change pure password text.

Testing notes:

1. Logout or run ayon launcher with --ayon-login or show login dialog from tray.
2. If you're logged in click on edit username.
3. Enter some string to password input.
4. Change state of password visibility with the button.
