# yli's bioinformatics tutorial for herself
Include bioinformatics tool usages and tutorials (e.g., bash, Python, meson, parasail).

## parasail:
A simple c++ tutorial project which uses parasail to align sequences, print alignment traceback
and print cigar strings. This project uses meson to create build, and ninja to compile executables.

- Type `cd parasail && make` to build, compile and run.
