Describe the bug

Unable to open Vue's TS dependency file.

To reproduce

For context I noticed the same issue in #2995 (comment) but was unable to find a solution

Is it the problem of the volar plugin? I can open the file in zip in the .ts file.

Any updates on this? Issue still persists. I am unable to "Go To Definition" inside any .vue file. If using Volar in Takeover Mode (as is recommended), the issue exists in all .ts files as well.

Should I open an issue with Volar or is this something that can be fixed from your side?
