DYNAMIC 1.0-alpha.1

First pre-release of the library. The code is stable (benchmarks generate no failed assertions) and can already be safely used. After more thorough testing and some refactoring we'll release the first version 1.0.

The most critical change of this first pre-release with respect to previous (untagged) versions is the directory structure, which is not backward-compatible. All headers have been moved in include/dynamic and need only including include/ at compile time. Other recent changes include integration of dynamic wavelet matrices, faster parallel construction of wavelet trees, and minor bugfixes.
