Some dev package upgrades. Fixes some pulled-in security warnings (for some reason not presented by the bot here, but with
npm audit) and updates things to most recent versions.@Tyriar Plz have a look, if I pulled versions that you dont want to see in xtermjs yet (like TS and eslint upgrades, or newer playwright).
