XLE‐0꞉ Schema Files
This is a unique and special extension that simply defines XSON schema, so it does not need to and cannot be enabled like other extensions.
Hence, this definition of schema files is given an extension ID of 0 as they are not part of the base specification but indeed is built-in functionality
