As it is down (for now? forever?) you may try similar grabbers from damsgithub github page. There are grabbers for several other similar resources (haven't tried them yet though). Kudos to damsgithub.

Usage

Download all songs from the album's page:

$ musicmp3spb.py http://musicmp3spb.org/album/dualism.html

Download all albums from the band's page:

$ musicmp3spb.py -a http://musicmp3spb.org/artist/textures.html
