For use with Intel XDK releases 3983 and 3987.

This release of this config.xml generator script coincides with the 3983/3987 releases of the Intel XDK. Those releases marked the retirement of the Intel XDK online build servers (on July 10, 2017). They also added the ability to configure your build settings to use CLI 6.5.0 and to (optionally) specify Crosswalk 23.

This script is an alternative to that provided on the Build tab in the Intel XDK. Whether you choose to use this script or the builtin export tool is your choice. Each has pros and cons. See the script README file for additional details.

(This is a minor update to the 4.0.0 release which updates the README file and corrects an issue with the npm package version number. This is the version that is published to NPM. There were no changes to the actual script files with this release.)
