MyPy complains about missing typing

For the import:

```
import xmlrunner
```

mypy complains:

> Skipping analyzing "xmlrunner": module is installed, but missing library stubs or py.typed marker

Just dropping this here. We are using Python 3.10.12 and mypy==0.931.
