The default version of MacOS has recently been updated to MacOS 14, causing issues with our Mingw toolchain script in locating the correct toolchain for arm64.
This will resolve the problems identified in the following pull requests: xmake-io/xmake-repo#3874, xmake-io/xmake-repo#3883, and xmake-io/xmake-repo#3882.

fedora 那个不用管它，是 c++ modules 的问题，估计 ci 上面的系统升级了 gcc 版本，break 了一些啥，我暂时还没空修
