Schedule Action: Unable to save Action event due to an error

CMS: 4.0.13 and 4.1.0-beta

When editing an Action event in the schedule, the system prompts Please select a Command for this event even after a command has been selected.

Steps to Reproduce:

Add an Action event:

• Go to Schedule Page and click on Add Event
• Provide with the following details:
  • Event Type: Action
  • Display: [Select Display]
  • Day Part: [Select a Day Part]
  • Start Time: [Select Start Time]
  • Action Type: Command
  • Trigger Code: [Provide Trigger Code, e.g., alert_1]
• Command: [Select a Command from the dropdown list]
• Save the Action event.

Edit the created Action event:

• Change the Command: [Select a Command from the dropdown list]
• Click Save.

Expected Behaviour:

The action saved successfully

Actual Behaviour:

Unable to save the event, an an error message appears Please select a Command for this event
