代码还没看完 但是遇到了一个意料之外的问题 
这个值显然是有问题的 
我还没有详细测试到底是哪里出了问题 也没有别的api account用于测试 你能不能关注一下这个问题 
根据检查 原因出在我之前测试的反向代理上 api host改回官方之后没问题了 
按照这次log 可以看到没有办法取得1.1-4.10的用量 原因不明 
有可能这个usage get方法又失效了 不是非常清楚 还需要观察一下 你要不考虑一下也在这个pr里解决掉（解决问题/暂时关闭功能） |

顺便单就这个功能我没有检查到问题 就改一下德语翻译就好 |

不巧我没有这个问题诶，我用的到是一直是官方host，如果只是使用反代API才出问题那这个404会不会是反代服务器返回的 |
404是反代服务器返回的 但我这是用官方的api一样有问题 就不知道问题出在哪里了 我最近跟进一下这个问题吧 |
