chroot, rpm -qa error: Failed to initialize NSS library #4959

seems there is due to no /dev/urandom in the chrooted env, we are looking for the way to fix |

Version 2.13.11 (git commit feaa153, built Fri Mar 9 06:15:49 EST 2018)
I started seeing the following message when running rpm commands in a diskless rootimg built with Pegas 1.1 around snapshot4 and the latest xcat.
Now on csm01 (c685f1n02) I have a new xcat setup and a Pegas1.1 4.14.0-46.el7a.ppc64le kernel, genimage completes successfully but rpm in chroot fails. This worked on earlier levels of xcat and pegas.
To get the rpm info on the root image you can run:
