@romanvm Thanks for your help - based on your last forum message, I tried with a new token with extremely wide permissions and it seems to have got it through - no idea why, as my previous token has worked fine for my other addons and has what (I believe) is supposed to be the correct scope (repo + access to user/email). I presume it's something about creating new vs. updating old but I don't really understand exactly how it all works so it's just a guess!

In any case, here it is, as last...
