UEFITool does not detect my BIOS Image

Good Evening
I just started following the instructions for "Adding FFS module" wiki and seem to be stuck already.
I follow the first step, getting a copy of my mobo BIOS, I get the latest version as recommended which is F53d from my mobos support page. I run the UEFITool and look for the BIOS image file in the F53d file, and nothing shows up. The file format is listed as "F53d" and not as .rom, .bin, etc. I really hope that I'm just dumb and not understanding exactly what the BIOS Image is, but I've tried to research other ways of getting my BIOS image and looked through the discussions page here, as well as the Common Issues page, to no avail.

Edit: I see that @Supersiegger16 included the mobo that I use on the list of those that have worked, so I'm hope my issue is related to my daftness.

GPU Intel Arc B580 Graphics

I slept on it, came back. So instead of opening the Image File, I dragged and dropped the "F53d" BIOS Version into the UEFITool. Now we're cooking!!!

Crazy what sleep can do for you.
I'll leave this up incase another noob like me has a similar brain fart.
