Features cleanup

Description

Clean-up in aet-fatures.xml file: some bundles extracted to separated feature, some bundles removed as not needed, and some upgraded.

Motivation and Context

Reviewing and upgrading AET dependencies. Compare also #279.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
