That way I can mention the pip install line in the README.

Build python setup.py sdist and python setup.py bdist_wheel. Note: do not build a "universal" wheel because I do not support Python 2.

Opened a PyPI issue. If I don't hear back on it by tomorrow, I'll just remove the pip reference from the README and release version 1.1.0.

Looks like an inactive project is squatting on the name Mycroft. Weird, because searches don't turn it up.

Release version 1.1.0 now and handle the PyPI distribution later.
