New feature request add POV button to OI

With more and more team I see using game controllers vs joysticks It would be helpful to gain access to the POV buttons at the Robotbuilder step. I have found twice now this year as I have been teaching new to programing students how to use Robotbuilder to get started writing their code the want to use the POV button. I have had to show them how to change a button type but managing these changes so they don't get recreated or overwritten is a lot of extra effort.

This is something I may take on after the season if no-one else jumps in and completes it.
