Hi,
I made a few changes / improvements :

• Allowed range for min and max peakwidth as asked by @jfrancoismartin in Need expert tests #8.
• Added some manufacturer and run infos to the ipo4xcmsSet output table with new function.
• Generalized the unzip method to make it work on linux-based system too (I was having the "arguments 'minimized' and 'invisible' are for Windows only" warning.
• When testing local mzData files, paths which contained commas "," were broken by the arguments parsing so I removed it.
• Other changes and fixes in xml wrappers for example, I let you see them.
  Give any feedback if something is wrong or anything.
