[Stats Refresh] Date bar now only shows the current day

Expected behavior

When selecting a different period, the date bar should reflect that (day, week, month, year). Ref #11340.

Actual behavior

The date bar only shows the current day's date. Example:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to stats. Select different periods. Notice the date bar date does not change.

Tested on [all], iOS [all], WPiOS [12.5]
