Description
Created new strategy aggregator class
UPMStrategies, containing strategies related to UPM packages.Those new UPM Strategies are based on SemverV2 Strategies (
NewSemverV2Strategies), plus a pre-flight stage that is a SemverV2-equivalent of the pre-flight stage of WDK Strategies, and a default stage that is the same of currentLegacyNugetStrategiesin order to keep versions consistent in case of those two strategies being used in the same project tree.Changes
