To make sure that they are correctly identified as being saved or not when waking up the object.
A schedule missed in #345
To ensure that async queues will chain migration, because the default processing time for a batch is 30 seconds, and we need to make sure AS sees another pending action after processing a queue via an async request in order for it to dispatch another request.
