* Lazily initialize ResponseWithEncoding

* Fix things

* Add a TODO about removing the workaround

* Remove unused lint ignore

* Use canplaythrough instead

* Use an inline script

* Check the readystate first

* Download the video locally

* Capture consoles

* More debugging

* Use autoplay instead of a ready event
