• Fixed bug where users without the capability to edit other users were seeing instructions to edit volunteer notes

• Adjusted the Volunteer Opportunities block registration so it can't be added to Volunteer Opportunities, or as a widget on the Widgets admin page or in the customizer.
• Fixed PHP notices caused by undefined variables when a new instance of the Volunteer Management Opportunities widget was created.
