This is the canonical way to do it in a CMake project. The release scripts need to be adapted. But we'll do this later on as we'll move away from branching off at beta.
Similar to how we do it in COMO. This is simpler, has less code duplication and we'll be able to share the code in the end with our other repositories.
Similar to COMO we now provide a package with CPack. This will be rebuilt on CI once per week so we can use it at any point in time in other CI pipelines.
Adapt to platform change.
CI consumers should install Wrapland from the package artifact from nowon. So there is no need to trigger an image rebuild anymore after a Wrapland change.
