NOTE: This PR will fail CI until a new
rqrcode_core >= 2.0.0is released that supportsRuby >= 3.0.0.These changes will drop support for Ruby < 3.0.0. You will still be able to install the old version it just means the latest version will be able to upgrade all dependencies to the latest versions which it can't currently do.
There will be no new functionality in this new release when it happens. At least currently anyway.
