🔍 Add more eyecandy surface elev change plots to main README.md

Making the front page more catchy with an animated GIF of an active subglacial lake filling event at Subglacial Lake Whillans IX (tentatively named)! Plus we're showing some along track views for one ATL11 ground track, and a pooled elevation time-series over several crossover points within Whillans IX. Also removed a duplicated word in the 'Usage' section and added link to the deepicedrain tools page.
