Thank you for your review. I suggest we keep this PR open until we have discussed and incorporated the applicable Privacy IG feedback from #119 into this assessment. I'll put this topic on our upcoming call.

After reviewing the initial PING feedback, I believe we can merge this PR and update our response 2.13 when we address #145.

(I will reopen #119 that will be closed in response to this PR being merged thanks to GH magic.)
