Doesn't close #19 - the root problem aka the underscoring
I've added some checked division/subs to calculating the index of the mid point of the normalised count arrays for karyotype data.
I've also added a warning to print the lack of
contigs
in the karyotype data if there are zero!Added a unit test on one function and a docstring
