- create the 2023.html file
- list the file (but don't link to it) in the status.html "homepage"
- build it in CI
- trim everything not currently "in the report" from the draft

Something I noticed which was a but confusing just now, and not sure if its automated or not, is that the byline for every report references 2023 |
