  • create the 2023.html file
  • list the file (but don't link to it) in the status.html "homepage"
  • build it in CI
  • trim everything not currently "in the report" from the draft

Any concern with merging this? 2022's reports is still the "front page".

Something I noticed which was a but confusing just now, and not sure if its automated or not, is that the byline for every report references 2023
