[Improvement] "Dev" and "Build" commands should default to current directory

Currently, the "dev" and "build" commands require a target folder parameter, but in most cases it will be the current folder. Maybe this parameter will be optional and default to current directory?

Also because of the pink color, the dots on Getting Started page are barely noticeable.

It looks good, but has another problem, if you located at . at want to serve the docs in ./docs, you will need to enter ./docs first.

so a better preset should be ./docs. but I don't know whether it's worth to leverage it.

For most tools . is the default value, like hexo/jekyll/hugo et al..
