What's the purpose of this pull request?
To implements My Account menu
How it works?
Creates an Avatar component to be used on this menu and futurely on other components
Creates a MenuLayout component and a Menu component.
The MenuLayout uses the Menu component inside and receives the page to be rendered as children
The menu itens and it's related routes comes from
src/customizations/src/myAccount/navigationImportant
The pages are mocks only. The subject of this PR is only the Menu structure
