I tested that on a few modules, 2.3.1 is available. though setting only 2.3 still doesn't work :sadface:

Should we test using 2.3 instead of specifying the patch level? We do that for 2.2. |

@rnelson0 that depends on if rvm got its act together with the alias. |

I tested it, doesn't work. travis requires the patch level for ruby 2.3. |

Ruby 2.3.1 is getting serious in the puppet world. Puppet will migrate their AIO packages to 2.3.1 in the near future so we should take testing on that version serious.
