* Add DatastoreFileManager API wrapper

* Add HostVsanInternalSystem API wrappers

* Add govc datastore.disk.create command

* Add govc datastore.vsan.ls and datastore.vsan.rm commands

* Use DatastoreFileManager in govc datastore.rm command
