This Python package provides a number of methods for microscopy image processing and segmentation. Object-based random forest classification of segmented cells is provided as well.

Dependencies

The package depends on scikit-image, scikit-learn and python-bioformats. For the deep learning based workflow tensorflow 1.x has to be installed as well
