This is release candidate number 3 for ViXeN 1.0. Please install using the installers below.
The 32 bit windows installer should work on both 32 and 64 bit machines.
The installers are made with Python 2.7.13 (although vixen does work just fine with Python 3.x, I am making these with the older versions since I know those work well).
