Test with Vivliostyle CLI (v5.2.3):

vivliostyle build 'data:,<style>@page { size: 10cm; margin: 0; bleed: 3mm; background: orange; }</style><body>Hello</body>'

In this test HTML+CSS, bleed: 3mm is specified but none of marks and crop-offset is specified.

Generated PDF: output.pdf
