from Vivliostyle.js issue:

When crop marks and bleed area are specified by vivliostyle/vivliostyle.js#98, it is desirable that the output PDF has corresponding TrimBox and BleedBox parameters.

This will be resolved in Vivliostyle CLI, that uses PDF-LIB to postprocess PDF and has setTrimBox and setBleedBox methods:
