this also makes the following public api:

  • createCurrentUser
  • normalizeContentScopes
  • getImpersonatedUser
  • getContentScopes
  • getPermissions
  • checkContentScopes
  • findUsers
  • getUser
  • createUser
  • getAvailablePermissions
  • getAvailableContentScopes
