when manually copy /usr/local/bin/loxilbctrl to existing installed BPFire, need to set the user sticky bit, otherwise the GUI will not run the command correctly to start or stop loxilb

chmod 750 /usr/local/bin/loxilbctrl
chmod u+s /usr/local/bin/loxilbctrl
[root@bpfire-3 cgi-bin]# ls -l /usr/local/bin/loxilbctrl
-rwxr-x--- 1 root nobody 14672 May 25 19:49 /usr/local/bin/loxilbctrl
