If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

• 8.2.4246: one error message not in errors.h
• 8.2.4245: ":retab 0" may cause illegal memory access
• 8.2.4244: MS-Windows: warning from MSVC on debug build
