Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0422: crash when passing popup window to win_splitmove()
• 8.2.0421: interrupting with CTRL-C does not always work
• 8.2.0420: Vim9: cannot interrupt a loop with CTRL-C
• 8.2.0419: various memory leaks in Vim9 script code
• 8.2.0418: code in eval.c not sufficiently covered by tests
• 8.2.0417: Travis CI config can be improved
