Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0356: MS-Windows: feedkeys() with VIMDLL cannot handle CSI
• 8.2.0355: Vim9: str_val is confusing, it's a number
• 8.2.0354: Python 3.9 does not define _Py_DEC_REFTOTAL
• 8.2.0353: Vim9: while loop not tested
