Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0259: terminal in popup test sometimes fails
• 8.2.0258: modifyOtherKeys cannot be temporarily disabled
• 8.2.0257: cannot recognize a terminal in a popup window
• 8.2.0256: time and timer related code is spread out
