Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.1.2333: with modifyOtherKeys CTRL-^ doesn't work
• 8.1.2332: missing file in refactoring
• 8.1.2331: the option.c file is still very big
• 8.1.2330: vi' does not always work when 'selection' is exclusive
• 8.1.2329: mouse multiple click test is a bit flaky
• 8.1.2328: a few hangul input pieces remain
• 8.1.2327: cannot build with Hangul input
• 8.1.2326: cannot parse a date/time string
• 8.1.2325: crash when using balloon with empty line
• 8.1.2324: with of scrollbar in popup menu not taken into account
